Our June Fragrance of the Month are inspired by the inner cleansing experiences of Yoga and Mindfulness and are dedicated to “Yoga Day” on June 21st.
In both yoga and mindful meditation, focus on the breath is a key component. While mindfulness means bringing all your focus to the present moment alone and being aware of your thoughts without judgement; yoga is a holistic way of living with emphasis on different asanas that energize the whole body and mind.
Incorporating more mindfulness while performing yoga asanas can boost each other’s effects and empower you even more. Making mindful yoga a part of your life will awaken manifold power in your mind, body, and soul!
Aromatherapy has long been used to supplement holistic practices as they infuse an element of fun while also subconsciously making the user focus better. Our June Month Fragrances will be a great aide during your daily yoga and mindfulness sessions and we highly recommend you give them a try.

Balance, Mindfulness, and Serenity
1.Balance is an herbaceous-floral fragrance with notes that make you relax like lavender and palmarosa (derived from the Cymbopogon martini plant-a kind of evergreen grass that carries a rose-like smell). In addition, it is infused with geranium and lavender essential oils. The aroma works to calm your senses while also activating and balancing your chakras. Light it as you engage in yoga asanas, visualization meditation, etc or similar activities that open the chakras.

2.Mindfulness with its notes of neroli, lavender, etc. gives off a citrusy-floral aroma that is energizing. This is great for when you do yoga, deep breathing exercises, and other mindfulness activities like mandala colouring, full body scans, etc. You can even burn it as you do chores or tasks that may feel boring but call for your attention.
