- Fill 10 ml of water and add 5-10 drops of the fragrance oil in the bowl of an electric oil warmer or diffuser, then plug it in and turn on the switch.
- You may add 1-2 drops of the blend in 3-5 drops of carrier oils & massage into your pulse points like temples or wrists. Suitable carrier oils are Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Coconut Oil, & Castor Oil.
